Ingredients for Lash & Brow Serum:

Aqua (Water)

The natural, spring water is filtered through a special water treatment system that cleans, energises and mineralises the water. It is a good solvent for many raw materials.

Malva Sylvestris (Mallow) Leaf Water

The valuable mucilage, polysaccharides and tannins of mallow leaf water soothe and nourish the skin. They also have a strengthening effect on fragile and fine hair and give it back its bounce.

Pentylene Glycol

The organic compound of sugarcane bagasse and corn improves the skin's ability to bind water and increases hydration levels. It is also characterised by its antimicrobial properties.

Glycerin

It is present in all fats and oils. It attracts water to the skin and supports cell regeneration. We only use vegetable glycerin.

Pullulan

Pullulan is a polysaccharide obtained by fermentation. It forms a fine film that immediately tightens the skin. Pullulan also functions as a "carrier", bringing active ingredients to where they are needed.

Euphrasia Officinalis (Eye Bright) Extract

Eyebright is known as a traditional, well-tolerated medicinal herb for eye complaints. The extract obtained from it is rich in bitter substances, flavonoids and tannic acid, which have a calming, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and astringent effect.

Leontopodium Alpinum Flower/Leaf Extract

Alpine Edelweiss extract is obtained exclusively from cultivated plants. The extract helps to bind free radicals and increases cell activity. Its use of tannins and flavonoids has a protective and nourishing effect. Moreover, the plant extract is known to stimulate hair growth and improve the density of lashes and brows.

Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17

Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17 is a peptide that improves lash and brow density by boosting keratin levels and helping to neutralise antioxidants. It provides the nutrients lashes need to stay healthy and grow longer and faster.

Cardiospermum Halicacabum Flower/Leaf/Vine Extract

Balloon vine extract strengthens the natural skin barrier and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, helping to protect the skin from redness and irritations.

Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum is a fermentation product and is created by natural microorganisms on the basis of sugar-containing substrates. It is used as a natural emulsifier and has a good skin compatibility. In addition it has a tightening effect.

Citric Acid

Citric acid to adjust the pH and moisture retention factor.

Sodium Benzoate

Sodium benzoate is the salt of benzoic acid, which occurs naturally in cranberries, prunes, cinnamon and apples. It is used as a natural preservative.

Sodium Phytate

The active ingredient extracted from rice bran reduces water hardness and leaves behind smoother skin. It also has an antioxidative effect, thereby supporting the effectiveness of other ingredients contained in the product.

1,2-Hexanediol

A synthetic solvent, which is used as a humectant (moisturiser) and viscosity control.

Caprylyl Glycol

Plant-based preservative from rose oil. Caprylyl glycol reduces surface tension and improves the wettability of microorganisms, which increases the effectiveness of the preservative.

Benzoic Acid

Benzoic acid is derived from resin. We use it as a preservative.

Alcohol

The solubility of the denatured alcohol is used in the manufacturing of herbal extracts. The alcohol used in products is dosed in such quantities that it does not dry the skin.

Cichorium Intybus (Chicory) Root Oligosaccharides

Chicory root extract is a powerful anti-ageing ingredient. It eliminates tired, dull looking skin and has an anti-inflammatory and calming effect.

Adansonia Digitata Pulp Extract

Baobab pulp extract has firming, moisturising and energising properties, leaving skin with a silky soft feeling.

Caffeine

Caffeine stimulates blood circulation and has a draining effect, helping to reduce puffiness for a more energised looking complexion.

Crataegus Monogyna Flower Extract

Hawthorn flower extract contains bioflavonoids which have an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect. This extract is proven to strengthen the skin's microbiome and its natural defence mechanisms.

Jasminum Sambac (Jasmine) Flower Extract

Jasmine flower extract moisturises the skin and regulates sebum production. Skin impurities are eliminated and the skin regains its balance.

Lecithin

Lecithin is naturally present in the human body and one of its basic components because it is a building block of cell membranes. Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum

100% natural polysaccharide from tare seeds. Acts as a thickener, emulsion stabiliser and texturing agent. It instantly hydrates in water.

Gluconolactone

Gluconolactone is found naturally in our skin and has moisturising properties. Gluconolactone also strengthens the protective barrier and makes the skin more resistant to intruders and external stimuli. The active ingredient reduces redness and irritation and gently peels the skin. Gluconolactone belongs to the PHA's and is the abbreviation for polyhydroxy acids. PHA fulfils the classic task of peeling. It gently peels the skin and frees it from dead skin cells. This makes the complexion appear fresher and radiant, but the active ingredient nourishes much more gently and causes less irritation.
