I had high expectations of the brand-new Susanne Kaufmann 'Ectoin Barrier Repair Moisturiser SPF 50' , and after extensive testing, those expectations were more than fulfilled. As a loyal Susanne Kaufmann fan, I felt that a sunscreen was the one thing still missing from their range—especially since, after all these years of searching, I had never found a sunscreen I actually enjoyed wearing.
The texture of the new cream is wonderful (it spreads very easily thanks to its fluid consistency, is absolutely non-sticky, and absorbs effortlessly, it leaves your skin well hydrated). The scent is subtle yet surprisingly fresh. Afterwards, your skin has a beautifully radiant glow that lasts all day, without ever feeling like you’re wearing sunscreen. It’s the first time I’ve actually enjoyed reapplying a layer several times a day.
An additional plus is that the cream not only protects against the sun, but also contributes to improving your skin quality. The fact that it comes in beautiful packaging is a lovely extra touch. I would highly recommend the cream to every one.
