Reformer Pilates at Hotel Post Bezau x JOSEF P ONGOING 2026: Together with JOSEF P, Hotel Post Bezauhas introduced a new Reformer Studio — a space for controlled movement, strengthened deep musculature and improved posture. The precise sequences performed on the Reformer enhance mobility and create a renewed sense of lightness in the body. Susanne Kaufmann x We Are Sanctum at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl MARCH 2026: At Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, Susanne Kaufmann joined Sanctum for a retreat centred around movement, regeneration and balance.
