Reformer Pilates at Hotel Post Bezau x JOSEF P Ongoing 2026: Together with JOSEF P, Hotel Post Bezauhas introduced a new Reformer Studio — a space for controlled movement, strengthened deep musculature and improved posture. The precise sequences performed on the Reformer enhance mobility and create a renewed sense of lightness in the body. Essentrics® Retreat with Sarah Esmonde-White September 2026: For more than 25 years, Essentrics® has been known for its flowing full-body workout combining dynamic strengthening and stretching exercises — developed by former ballerina Miranda Esmonde-White. The retreat at Hotel Post Bezau brings together daily movement sessions, alpine hikes and selected treatments at the Susanne Kaufmann Spa in a programme designed to strengthen vitality and resilience sustainably.
