Pleasant smell and consistency. </p><p>The ectoin serum bottle came out defective, causing part of the serum to leak out.</p><p>This was handled flawlessly by the customer care team. The exchange took place immediately. Thank you so much for that.</p><p>The moisturizer is still undergoing long-term testing.</p><p>After using the moisturizer several times, my skin reacts with pimples. The serum is very liquid, more of a toner with no care effect.
