How to Use
- Infuse one bag in just boiled water for up to three minutes.
- Drink the tea hot in small sips, taking care not to burn yourself.
- For best results, drink two cups or up to a litre per day over a period of three weeks.

Due to it's bitter components, dandelion has a draining, detoxifying and purifying effect on the connective tissue.
Nettle Leaves
Nettle leaves primarily contain tannins, vitamin C, vitamin A and minerals such as iron and flavonoids. They are known for their diuretic and blood-cleansing effect.
Raspberry Leaves
Raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. Vitamin B has a particularly positive effect on the metabolism, vitamin E offers additional protection against free radicals while vitamin C strengthens the body’s natural defence mechanism.
