The refill has been developed to prolong the shelf life of our glass bottles, helping to reduce waste to landfill, as well as cutting carbon emissions by 69%. Each refill, with its clever design, is made from 75% post- consumer material and can be recycled after use, making it our most environmentally-friendly packaging ever, with 50% less overall impact on the planet.
We've chosen our best-selling Shower/Shampoo, formulated with natural sugar surfactants from renewable sources to launch the new system. This gentle, everyday essential helps to cleanse and condition the hair and body, with St. John’s Wort, marshmallow root, aloe vera and sage extract.

How to Apply
- With clean hands, carefully remove the pump from the original Shower/Shampoo glass bottle and place it on a clean surface. Do not clean or rinse it as water or cleaning agents may affect the quality of the products.
- Carefully cut the opening cap of your Shower/Shampoo Refill with scissors. Pour the refill into the original glass bottle and re-apply the pump. As a guide, the 250ml glass jar can be used for up to four refills.
- Due to the high percentage of natural ingredients in our products, care should be taken not to leave the empty glass jar with residue product for too long before refilling.
- The Shower/Shampoo Refill should be recycled according to your local council guidelines.

The Bregenzerwald region of Austria has been home to my family for over 5 generations and it’s where I launched the brand 17 years ago. Having grown up surrounded by such incredible natural beauty, environmental sustainability and protecting the earth’s precious resources have always been a passion of mine. Sustainability has been a central focus of the brand since its inception.
