I have hyersensitive skin, so I patch tested this cleanser on my lips. It stung and dried my lips immediately so I knew I couldn't use it.
I later noticed the warning on the box, that it contains camphor and eucalyptol, which could cause irritation. This warning is not listed on the website along with the list of ingredients. I wouldn't have purchased this cleanser if I'd known.

This cleanser is formulated and safety-assessed for use on the facial skin, excluding the lips. The lip area is much more sensitive than facial skin, so reactions there can occur even when a product is otherwise well tolerated. Patch testing is generally recommended on areas such as the jawline or behind the ear.
Camphor and eucalyptol are not added as individual ingredients but may be present in trace amounts as natural components of certain essential oils used in fragrance. These levels are well within cosmetic regulations and have been fully safety assessed. We also provide additional ingredient information on our packaging to support transparency.
