Susanne grew up in the idyllic Austrian region of the Bregenzerwald, surrounded by the holistic benefits of the Alpine plants that grew in abundance in the area. First introduced to the healing power of regional botanicals by her Grandmother, this has served as inspiration for her brand since launching in 2003 which she lovingly shares with customers all over the world.

After graduating from the hotel management school Susanne became the fifth-generation owner of her family hotel, Hotel Post. Developing her own range of signature beauty treatments, today the award-winning spa at Hotel Post is a globally-known wellness destination and showcase Susanne’s efficacious formulas and treatments offered in luxury spa destinations around the world.
