How to Apply
- With clean hands, carefully remove the pump from the Soothing Toner glass bottle and place it on a clean surface. Do not clean or rinse it as water or cleaning agents may affect the quality of the products.
- Carefully cut the opening cap of your Soothing Toner Refill with scissors.
- Pour the refill into the original glass bottle and re-apply the pump.
Due to the high percentage of natural ingredients in our products, care should be taken not to leave the empty glass jar with residue product for too long before refilling.
The Soothing Toner Refill should be recycled according to your local council guidelines.

Key Ingredients
Chamomile
Chamomile has an anti-inflammatory, skin-refining, and antiseptic effect. It also improves cell renewal.
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid effectively binds moisture, prevents moisture loss and improves the natural elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Mallow
Mallow extract protects against environmental stressors, moisturises and soothes irritation and redness.
Yarrow
Yarrow contains ample amounts of vitamin A, known as a natural retinol. It helps to increase enzyme activity and stimulates collagen production.
All Ingredients
Aqua (Water)
The natural, spring water is filtered through a special water treatment system that cleans, energises and mineralises the water. It is a good solvent for many raw materials.
Glycerin
It is present in all waxes and oils. It attracts water to the skin and supports cell regeneration. We only use plant-based glycerin.
Pentylene Glycol
The organic compound of sugarcane bagasse and corn improves the skin's ability to bind water and increases hydration levels. It is also characterised by its antimicrobial properties.

The Bregenzerwald region of Austria has been home to Susanne's family for over five generations and it’s where she launched her brand in 2003.
