How to Use

Infuse one bag in just boiled water for up to four minutes.
Drink the tea hot in small sips, taking care not to burn yourself.
For best results, drink two cups or up to a litre per day over a period of three weeks.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Elderflower

The scent of elderflower has a de-stressing effect and is known to improve our sleep. Furthermore, it activates our kidney function and helps detoxify the body.

Rooibos Tea

Rooibos is rich in iron and minerals and is known for its mood-lifting effect. The plant contains flavonoids which have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Chamomile Flowers

Chamomile flower extract provides an astringent, antiseptic, calming, toning and refreshing effect. The plant extract stimulates the skin's metabolism and encourages regeneration.

Elderflower

Elderflowers do not only taste good as a tea, they are also revitalising and especially helpful for fevers. Tea from elderflowers builds up the immune system of the body in general and removes toxins from the body.

Rooibos Tea

It contains a large amount of vitamin C, minerals and trace elements. Rooibos tea is antibacterial, promotes the circulation and contains important vitamins and minerals. The endorphin serotonin is positively influenced by the ingredients quercetin and quercitrin.

Bee Balm

Bee balm works antispasmodic and frees the airways when first signs of a cold appear. It is also used for stomach and intestinal problems as well as bilious and liver complaints. Bee balm also helps against flatulence and digestive problems.

Green Tea Gunpowder

An important component of the tea leaves is catechin, which is said to be responsible for the most healthy effects of green tea. In addition, green tea helps to catch free radicals that are especially responsible for the aging process of the skin. It contains all of the vitamins needed by the skin.

Very nice tea

I love the teas from Susanne Kaufmann. They all have gentle flavours, not overpowering and I know I am doing my body a big favour. It is also obvious that they do heavy research into what natural ingredients work and I trust this brand. If you knew me personally, you would know that is not something I say lightly. I'm a scientist first and foremost but love clean products. I have never experienced such a well-thought-out brand as Susanne Kaufmann. Very high quality, unique formulations with high effectiveness. Thank you so much!
