Product Description

Our Cleansing Gel contains a plant-based ingredient complex including cockspur hawthorn and masterwort. These herbs are known for their soothing, clarifying and antibacterial effect. The skin is carefully cleansed, invigorated and prepared for additional treatments. We use sugar surfactants made from renewable raw materials for cleansing. They are completely biodegradable and especially skin-compatible.

How to Apply

Use this mild gel every morning and evening as the first step in your cleansing routine.
Apply to the face in gentle circular movements.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
Follow with your regular Susanne Kaufmann skincare products.

Key Ingredients

Botanical Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid effectively binds moisture, prevents moisture loss and improves the natural elasticity and firmness of the skin.

Cockspur Hawthorn

Bioflavonoids found in cockspur hawthorn have an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect. They are known to strengthen the skin's microbiome and its natural defence mechanisms.

Masterwort

Masterwort root extract comes from an ancient plant that has long been known for its antibiotic healing power and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

All Ingredients

Aqua (Water)

The natural, spring water is filtered through a special water treatment system that cleans, energises and mineralises the water. It is a good solvent for many raw materials.

Coco-Glucoside

A skin-friendly detergent made of fruit sugar and plant-based fats. It gently cleanses and has a moisturising effect. Unlike conventional surfactants, it is easily biodegradable.

Sodium Coco-Sulfate

Detergent from the fatty alcohol of the coconut.

Glycerin

It is present in all waxes and oils. It attracts water to the skin and supports cell regeneration. We only use plant-based glycerin.

Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride

Plant gums are polysaccharides of natural origin that are capable of increasing the viscosity of a solution, even at very low concentrations. Supports the formation of emulsions, improves emulsion stability and contributes to an even distribution.

Propanediol

Propenediol is made from corn starch and is 100% natural. It is a novel ingredient that is used as a surfactant in cosmetics and has an antimicrobial effect. Our propenediol has the ability to bind water. This property means that the skin is supplied with moisture. The skin is not only better moisturized, it also has a much more radiant feel and feels well-groomed. Due to its natural nature, our propanediol is not only a compatible moisturiser, but also ensures that we can do without harmful preservatives.
