Ginger. Nothing boosts the immune system better, fights a lack of energy and a dull complexion than a freshly pressed ginger with lemon. When I don’t have access to fresh ginger, I recommend adding lemon with one tablespoon of vinegar (preferable apple cider vinegar) and warm water. It will stimulate your metabolism.
A result of stress is an increase of hyperacidity in the body. An acidic environment can have negative effects on the body and skin as it enables bacteria to develop faster. For this reason, it is so important to neutralise the ph levels of your skin and recreate a basic mileu. I love to drink our Acid Alkalizing Tea or Alkali Water. For your skin I recommend bathing with our Alkali Salt Deacidifying, and try cleansing your face with alkali water where possible.
Depending on the time I have I will take a bath in the evening which is great for unwinding and relaxing your mind. I love to do a body and face peel before the bath, apply a rich moisturising face mask during the bath, and finish with a thick layer of our Body Butter mixed with our Firming Oil for after. Footbaths are also a great way to look after yourself, and it’s important not to forget our feet. I’ll apply our Cooling or Warming Foot Cream depending on what I need and then put on some of my cashmere socks for the ultimate foot pamper.
I swear by our Eye Cream Line A, it’s one of my favourite products. I always recommend applying an eye cream daily because the first impression of a person is always reflected through their eyes. I sometimes use the Eye Cream Line A as a mask and put a thick layer around my eyes. It is a wonder weapon – you will look fresh and well-rested the next day. A personal tip of mine is to use both the cooling Eye Rescue Stick and the Eye Cream Line A. I apply the Eye Rescue Stick below the eyes and then apply a small amount of Eye Cream Line A to the outer corner of the eye, applying any remaining product to the upper eyelid. The combination of both products counteracts wrinkles caused by dryness, and keeps my eyes looking fresh and alert.
Always keep your skin hydrated! I favour a lightweight but intensive moisturizer like our Face Gel Matte. When my skin needs a more intense hydration, I apply our Moisturzing Mask as an overnight treatment, to boost moisture and nourish the complexion.
Always use an SPF on your body and face. Unfortunately, I still see many people who do not protect themselves sufficiently whether on a city trip or on the beach. Protecting your skin is the best thing you can do for it in the sun.
Do not forget your feet when travelling. Our Foot Cream Cooling nourishes and pampers the feet with extract of marigold. The light cream is especially well-suited for the summer. Cooling Peppermint oil provides a fresh and cooling sensation on the skin. I like to apply it once per day with a little massage. For heavy and tired legs, the foot cream has a cooling effect on the entire lower leg.
The basis of healthy skin is moisture, so my super food for the skin is cucumber. It provides an incredible amount of moisture. Cucumber water is therefore an absolute must, and what is often considered a myth, is for me, a little secret tip - put cucumber slices on your eyes. Due to the cooling qualities, it has a very decongestant effect and gives your eyes a fresh appearance.
Beautiful skin starts with the right skincare for your skin type, enough sleep, good nutrition, regular exercise for the facial muscles, and the right people around you. Inner balance is reflected directly on the skin’s surface. Stress and being unhappy brings impurities, redness and the first lines!
The evenings are when I take the time to take care of myself and my skin. After bathing myself and my daughter, I apply the Enzyme Peel and massage my scalp with the Hair Elixir. This product has been a saviour for me, due to hair loss caused by pregnancy. After I have washed off the Enzyme Peel, I take either an ampoule or the Hyaluron Serum, work it in with a few fascia grips, do 1-2 muscle exercises for the skin, and apply my evening care. To tighten the skin on legs, I use the Anti-Aging Body Serum mixed in with the Body Butter.
Lifting Mask Line A. I love looking fresh. As a new Mum, I often don't have much time for long beauty rituals. The Lifting Mask instantly refreshes and makes my skin glow. The eye area shows the most about the condition of your health, so I often use the Eye Rescue Stick with the Lifting Mask as an eye mask. I apply both products in the evening before going to bed and leave them on overnight – this saves time and the results are very impressive.

When I travel to a sea-side destination, I always pack the Hair Mask because proper care for the hair is very important on the beach. The natural salt in the air can cause hair to look and feel brittle. Sometimes I’ll even leave the Hair Mask in during the whole day at the beach.
